Integrated Builders is pleased to be partnering with Sears Point Development on a new 103,000 square-foot South Shore Ice Arena in Rockland, Massachusetts. The new one-story facility will be built from the ground-up and features a 3-sheet ice rink with viewing for more than 1,ooo spectators including a mezzanine section. The arena will include a restaurant and bowling alley for recreation.

The construction management team includes project manager Thomas Carleton, assistant project manager Kimberlee Sheehan and project superintendent Herbert Volpe who are carrying out the services on behalf of the developer and owner. Architectural design was provided by studio TROIKA.

The new ice arena will be located at Bill Delahunt Parkway in Rockland, MA.

With careful coordination by the Integrated Builders Team, a helicopter hoisted the HVAC units to the roof of the 715,000 square-foot building. This rare construction maneuver was necessary because of the extreme size of the building.

Integrated Builders is moving along in Tewksbury, MA for new Home Depot Distribution Center.

The concrete dolly pads and truck aprons have been completely installed on the exterior of the site. The gravel is currently being installed for paving, while the finishing work for the underground utilities 95% complete. In addition, Integrated Builders has completed the new guard house which will be used for security and the work on the fire pump and fire tank are being completed.

The interior office fit-up will be completed in three different areas of the building. Along with MEP finishes in the warehouse and installing the new loading dock equipment.

Integrated Builders was selected to complete the new 715,000 square-foot distribution center from the ground-up for a highly ranked fortune 500 company. The building will be on a 120-acre parcel within Riverview Business Park in Tewksbury, MA.

The construction management team includes project manager Brian Kidder, assistant project manager Kim Sheehan and project superintendents James Leiter and Michael Roberts who are carrying out the services on behalf of the developer and owner. Architectural design was provided by Macgregor Associates Architects.

Integrated has completed the abatement of the former defense factory and demolition of the 540,00 square-foot building to make way for this new building. The new facility will be constructed with a structural steel frame and features modern employee offices, reception area, training/conference rooms and a dispatch area. A fully backed-up electrical system with a generator will also be installed. A guard house will be constructed for security purposes as well as a fire pump house. The multimillion-dollar project is equipped with parking for up to 227 tractor trailers and 53 Dock spaces.
