Integrated Builders is currently managing the ground-up construction of a 600,000 SF distribution facility for Home Depot. Designed with advanced multi-modal capabilities, the facility will offer seamless access to both truck and rail transportation—supporting high-volume logistics and operational flexibility.
The project incorporates key infrastructure enhancements, including a fully backed-up electrical system with generator support and a secure perimeter overseen by a newly constructed Welcome Center. Safety, security, and long-term operational efficiency are central to the project’s design and execution.
A recent milestone in the project was the successful pour of 1,350 cubic yards of concrete in a single day—achieved in partnership with S and S Concrete Floors and New Century Concrete. Supported by an on-site concrete plant, this large-scale operation was efficiently executed, reinforcing our ability to streamline logistics and maintain schedule momentum.
In response to nationwide concerns regarding premature deterioration around trench drains, Integrated Builders introduced a forward-thinking solution: an isolated trench drain system. By surrounding each drain with a dedicated concrete collar, isolated from surrounding slab placements, we significantly improved durability and reduced the risk of future failures. This system was developed in close collaboration with the design team and slab consultants, ensuring proper rebar detailing and drop slab specifications to meet long-term performance standards.
Bringing this strategy from concept to implementation on site reflects our proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering lasting value to our clients.

Integrated Builders is proud to be managing the construction of a 255,000 SF advanced manufacturing facility at Quonset Business Park in North Kingstown, RI. Designed for a leading aerospace technology company, the facility is scheduled for completion in Spring 2026.
The project includes a 300′ x 850′ pre-engineered metal building, featuring high-bay manufacturing and warehouse space with 85’ x 100’ column bays that support 100’ bridge cranes. The interior will be fully customized with adaptable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to accommodate evolving production demands.
With a focus on flexibility, scalability, and performance, this state-of-the-art facility is built to support next-generation aerospace manufacturing for years to come.
