Designed with advanced multi-modal capabilities, the facility will offer seamless access to both truck and rail transportation, supporting high-volume logistics and operational flexibility.

The project incorporates key infrastructure enhancements, including a fully backed-up electrical system with generator support and a secure perimeter overseen by a newly constructed Welcome Center.
