Integrated Builders is currently managing the ground-up construction of a 600,000 SF distribution facility for Home Depot. Designed with advanced multi-modal capabilities, the facility will offer seamless access to both truck and rail transportation, supporting high-volume logistics and operational flexibility.

The project incorporates key infrastructure enhancements, including a fully backed-up electrical system with generator support and a secure perimeter overseen by a newly constructed Welcome Center. Safety, security, and long-term operational efficiency are central to the project’s design and execution.
