Integrated Builders is pleased to announce that Ryan Paradise has joined our team as Project Superintendent with a strong focus on safety and maintaining a safe worksite for all. Ryan brings more than 15 years of diverse construction management experience. He has supervised multimillion dollar projects for a wide range of sectors including academic institutions, historical renovations, corporate and sporting arenas. Ryan will be a valuable asset to the Integrated Builders team.
In his new role, Ryan is responsible for overseeing on-site construction with the firm’s subcontractors through coordinated efforts with the Project Manager. He is also responsible for composing progress reports, managing the budget and schedule, and communicating with stakeholders.
Ryan has his Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License, he is 30-Hours OSHA certified, and CPR trained.
