Integrated Builders completed the 53,000 square-foot Porsche automobile dealership on behalf of Herb Chambers Companies in Burlington, Massachusetts. This new facility was constructed with a concrete foundation, steel-structured and aluminum/glass-clad, fully adhered-roof. The showroom includes a welcoming reception area, and offices for sales and administrative staff with lots of natural light throughout. A new training room and retail sales shop was included along with a relaxing customer lounge. This new building has a full basement that serves as underground vehicle storage.
Most notably, the new Porsche dealership has incredible visibility and will be located at 64 Cambridge Street Burlington, Massachusetts. It is situated near Interstate 95 and Burlington Mall Road, making it a convenient location for shoppers in the North Shore Region.
