Progress update at 199 Riverneck Road in Chelmsford, MA. We’ve removed the existing concrete floor deck and select second-floor steel framing to create an open, two-story volume designed to support future high-bay racking. You can also see metal stud wall framing advancing & electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough-ins taking shape throughout the space.
This is the stage where a repositioning project really starts to reveal its future use, transforming an existing building into a space that performs like new.
