Progress is officially underway at United Commerce Center in West Bridgewater, MA.
The site is cleared and prepped, and we are getting ready for pre-load ground improvements before starting foundations on two new buildings totaling 310,000 SF.
Next up: Cut-to-fill on the North building & import of 100K tons of structural fill for the South Building.
Stay tuned for milestone updates as this one comes out of the ground.
