Integrated Builders announced that it has hired Peter Heinrichs as a Project Superintendent. Heinrichs comes to the firm with 30 years of diverse construction management experience. He has supervised multi-million dollar projects for a wide range of sectors including office, retail, automobile, medical, and institutional. Heinrichs will be a valuable asset to the team at Integrated Builders.
In his new role, Heinrichs is responsible for overseeing on-site construction with the firm’s subcontractors through coordinated efforts with the Project Manager. He is also responsible for composing progress reports, managing the budget and schedule, and communicating with stakeholders. Most importantly, Heinrichs will ensure a safe environment for all who enter the construction site.
Heinrichs worked at several construction firms in the region in Project Superintendent roles before coming to Integrated Builders. His most notable projects include Talbot’s Corporate Headquarters in Hingham and Northeastern University’s Blackman Auditorium in Boston. Heinrichs has his Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License, he is 10 Hours OSHA certified, and CPR trained.
