Rockland, MA, December 2019 – Jonathan Walker joins Integrated Builders as Chief Estimator, bringing almost two decades of construction expertise and advanced business strategies from Harvard University.
Jonathan will be in charge of the estimating department including managing and executing all estimating and preconstruction activities for many complex and demanding projects. He will focus on measurement techniques to determine levels of deliverable performance, utilizing company estimating software and years of historical cost analysis.
Prior to joining Integrated Builders, Jonathan held the role of Senior Estimator at Consigli Construction, where he provided estimating and preconstruction services working in ground-up, high-rise, commercial, historic preservation, retail, residential, and the healthcare market sectors.
