Integrated Builders has announced that it has completed several common area renovations for Gilbane Development Company within a three-floor, 384,000 sf Class A office building located in Everett, Massachusetts.
Integrated Builders performed renovations to the front and back entrances and portions of the exterior of the building. The work included a new steel and glass awning installed to the entrance of a new outdoor café as well as new landscaping and sidewalks within the courtyard.
Interior upgrades were made to the lobbies with new tile floors and wood panel walls as well as a new security reception area. Additionally, new finishes and improvements were made to the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, fitness center and locker rooms. Lastly, the common area was built-out into a new coffee lounge for tenant use.
