Integrated Builders, a general contractor that provides construction management services to clients in the New England region, has announced that it has completed a 30,000 square-foot (s.f.) renovation for Haddad Toyota in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The Integrated Builders project team included Project Manager John Concannon, Assistant Project Manager Barbara Frazier, and Superintendent Kevin Laurie who implemented the design rendered by architects The Curtis Architectural Group.
Integrated Builders commenced site construction with the demolition of 2 pre-existing annexes at the rear of the auto dealership in order to build a new single-floor service area. The service area has 16 vehicle lifts, high-tech diagnostic equipment, and tire storage. The renovation includes a spacious showroom that boasts modern finishes and has room for several vehicles to be featured on exhibit. It contains new furnishings including customer service desks, and seats in the lounge area. Furthermore, Integrated Builders paved the parking lot, and installed new roofs and metal panels to enhance the exterior aesthetics of the auto dealership.
