Integrated Builders announced that it has completed an addition to the main entrance of a multi-tenant office building located at 2400 Computer Drive in Westborough, MA. The renovation was carried out for owners Carruth Capital. Maugel Architects created the modern architectural design. The Integrated Builders team included Project Manager Robert Purdy, Assistant Project Manager Kim Sheehan, and Project Superintendent Herb Gaston.
The renovated main entrance included the installation of a new vestibule that extends the building 500 feet in the front. There was an all glass enclosure installed with metal panels that extend to the roof line. Inside, the entrance was constructed with an open concept in mind to include a vaulted ceiling with all new light fixtures. There was also a ceramic tile floor installed and new finishes added to complement the modern design. In addition, there was a heat pump installed to distribute air into the new entrance area.
The multi-tenant office building is located off Route 9 and near Route 495. It is near several retail stores, restaurants, and hotels. The Calare Properties owned 2400 Computer Drive office building is in a convenient location for commuters in the Metro West region.
