Integrated Builders announced that it has completed a 22,000 square-foot (s.f.) fit-out for Mintra US, LLC. on behalf of owner Marlborough South 417 CPI, LLC in Marlborough, MA. The construction team included Project Manager Bob Purdy, Assistant Project Manager Kim Sheehan, and Superintendent Peter Barbosa who collaborated with architect CI Design, Inc. on the renovation.
The interior fit-out included work in a 3,500 s.f. office and a 18,500 s.f. warehouse. The office area consists of four private offices, a conference room, a kitchenette and common area, an IT room, and two restroom cores. In addition, Integrated installed all new LED lights and ceiling fans within the warehouse. There was also a new hydraulic loading dock leveler added to the warehouse.
Mintra US is near Route 495 and off Route 20 making it a convenient location for commuters in the Metro West. The building is situated among other office and warehouse space in the area. It is also close to several truck and auto repair shops and restaurants.
