Integrated Builders is pleased to be partnering with Sears Point Development on a new 103,000 square-foot South Shore Ice Arena in Rockland, Massachusetts. The new one-story facility will be built from the ground-up and features a 3-sheet ice rink with viewing for more than one-thousand spectators including a mezzanine section. The arena will include a restaurant and bowling alley for recreation.

The construction management team includes project manager Thomas Carleton, assistant project manager Kimberlee Sheehan and project superintendent Herbert Volpe who are carrying out the services on behalf of the developer and owner. Architectural design was provided by studio TROIKA.

The new ice arena will be located on Bill Delahunt Parkway in Rockland, MA.
