Integrated Builders announced that it has been selected to renovate the main entrance and façade of a multi-tenant office building at 2400 Computer Drive in Westborough, MA for owners Carruth Capital, LLC. The Integrated Builders team includes Senior Project Manager Brian Kidder, Assistant Project Manager Kim Sheehan, and Superintendents Jim Leiter and Herb Gaston. Maugel Architects provided the modern architectural design.
Integrated Builders’ renovation at 2400 Computer Drive includes the installation of a new vestibule that will extend the building 525 square-feet (s.f.). The main entrance will consist of an all glass enclosure with metal panels that extend to the roof line. The interior of the entrance will have an open ceiling concept and boast all new fixtures. The construction management firm will install new lights as well as one additional heat pump. Furthermore, Integrated Builders will install 300 s.f. of ceramic tile floor and include upgraded finishes in the entrance area.
The Carruth Capital owned office building at 2400 Computer Drive is located off Route 9 in Westborough, MA. It is situated near several retail stores, hotels, and restaurants. The building is also in close to Route 495 which makes it an ideal location for commuters in the Metro West region.
