Integrated Builders has been awarded an $83 million manufacturing and logistics project for a private client. Our team will provide preconstruction and construction management services for the complex demolition and redevelopment program, highlighted by a new 243,000 SF build-to-suit, multi-floor industrial warehouse and logistics center constructed around an existing facility that will remain in place.
The facility will feature 37-foot clear heights, a 63,000 SF mezzanine, automated material handling and storage systems, and specialized areas for high-pile storage, logistics operations, metrology and testing, offices, and administration.
