Integrated Builders awarded the design-build contract for the new core and shell building on Thurston Avenue in Wrentham, MA. This new ground up industrial warehouse building will be approximately 132,055 square feet with 30 dock doors. The building will be constructed with precast panels and a structural steel frame.
