Project Overview
Integrated Builders recently completed an 8,000 SF manufacturing floor expansion for repeat client Werfen, converting former office space into a larger production area that allows Werfen to increase operational capacity within its existing facility.
Because the adjacent manufacturing area remained fully operational throughout construction, Integrated Builders carefully planned and phased the work to minimize disruption. The team coordinated demolition, construction activities, and site access around the demands of an active manufacturing environment.
The scope included removing the partition between the existing manufacturing floor and the former office area, along with selective demolition within the active space. Through detailed planning, close coordination, and a phased approach, Integrated Builders delivered the expansion while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and continuity for Werfen’s daily operations.
