Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 5,000 SF repositioning project that consolidated three businesses into one cohesive space. The work included interior demolition and a full reconfiguration to support a new layout featuring a large showroom and private showing spaces. Exterior improvements were also completed, including a rebuilt façade and construction of a custom Landmark Clock element to create a strong street presence and clear brand identity.
