Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 24,000 square-foot tenant improvement project in Avon, MA for Golf Town, the world’s second largest golf retailer. Integrated Builders was proud to be part of Golf Town’s Massachusetts growth, which represented the largest retail expansion since the start of the economic downturn, with the opening of five new retail destinations which included the Golf Town store in Avon. This is a high value retail space which includes simulators, putting greens, and an on-site pro shop that sells cutting-edge golf equipment and apparel.
