Owner: New Boston Urban Strategy America Fund
Architect: Edwards & Kelcey
Location: Bergmeyer Associates
Size: 80,000 SF
Project Overview
Integrated Builders delivered a major phase of The Shops at Quonset Point, a 25-acre mixed-use office and retail development. The scope included site development, utility infrastructure, and the Kohl’s pad and utilities, along with construction of the 80,000 SF Outside Air Center. The building was delivered with a 25,000 SF grocery store shell for Dave’s Marketplace and supports the retail program anchored by the grocery component. Integrated Builders also completed tenant fit-outs for Super Cuts and Hollywood Nails as the project’s first-phase spaces came online. When fully built out, the development is planned to include a limited-service hotel, visitor’s center, drug store, coffee shop, restaurants, a bank, small shops, and two anchor stores. The overall design incorporates sustainable strategies, including recycled materials and other environmentally friendly elements.
