Project Overview
Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction of a 120,000 SF, three-story structural steel-framed building for Extra Space Storage. The facility houses 819 temperature-controlled self-storage units and features two elevators for convenient access. The project also included a contemporary reception area and office, as well as a break room and restrooms to support daily operations.
