Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed extensive site work and shoring for a 120,000 SF ground-up construction project for Public Storage. The three-story, structural steel-framed building was constructed on a concrete slab with a vapor barrier and included a full basement. The facility features a state-of-the-art fire protection system, 1,000 temperature-controlled storage units, and an elevator located at the front entrance.
