Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the expansion and renovation of Hydra Biosciences’ 14,000 SF research facility on Memorial Drive in Cambridge, MA. The project included new laboratory space, offices, and a reception area, along with extensive upgrades to the existing premises. All work was carried out while the building remained fully occupied during Hydra Biosciences’ daily operations.
