Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction of a new 24,000 SF classroom building for St. Philomena School in Portsmouth, RI. This elegant brick facility houses classrooms for grades 6 through 8 and features a mechanical system in the basement with a pad-mounted chiller and a boiler serving a four-pipe system. The interior corridor offers a cathedral-like ambiance, enhanced by skylights that flood the space with natural light.
