Project Overview

Integrated Builders delivered a multi-phase interior renovation of the South Shore Medical Center in Norwell, MA, executed while the facility remained in operation. The project modernized exam rooms, physician offices, nurses stations, and waiting areas throughout the building. All mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems were replaced, including new HVAC, electrical distribution, and sprinklers. Low ceiling heights and the wood-framed structure required careful coordination to route systems and maintain clearances. The scope also featured a new decorative front entrance, enhancing patient arrival and curb appeal.
