Project Overview

Integrated Builders delivered an 80,000 SF addition for a confidential client of The Shearwater Companies, expanding the existing 160,000 SF facility to support future operations while meeting critical tenant deadlines. The project included extensive site work, new foundations, a structural steel frame, and insulated metal wall panels, with the expansion carefully positioned to avoid encroaching on an existing easement. To enhance long-term performance and sustainability, the team also incorporated a renewable energy system and upgraded the facility with new LED lighting fixtures to improve energy efficiency.
