Project Overview
Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction of a new 600,000 SF distribution facility for The Home Depot in Westminster, Massachusetts. Built to support high-volume logistics and efficient product movement, the facility features multi-modal transportation access with both truck and rail capabilities. The project also included a secured site perimeter, new Welcome Center, and a fully backed-up electrical system with generator support. Designed for safety, efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
