Project Overview
Integrated Builders completed the construction of a modern office building for Uppa Baby, featuring a structural steel frame, architectural insulated wall panels, and phenolic wood siding. The sleek glass façade complemented interior finishes such as wood slats, artistic ceiling details, and exposed structural steel, creating an open office environment with glass dividers and no traditional office doors. The second floor included a rooftop deck designed for employee gatherings and a unique barbecue center accessible through four large 10 x 9-foot doors that opened the rear of the office to the outdoors. A fitness center was also incorporated to support employee wellness.
