Project Overview

Integrated Builders converted a 25,000 SF warehouse into a state-of-the-art internet switching station. The project included installing all-new mechanical and electrical systems, featuring a 750 kW generator, UPS system, and transfer switch. Additionally, 13,000 SF of raised flooring and a pre-action fire suppression system were installed. New electrical and fiber optic services were brought into the facility. The project was fast-tracked and completed within a 14-week construction schedule.
