Project Overview

Spears Manufacturing is a distribution center constructed with concrete tilt-wall construction.  The interior features a 7 inch concrete floor with 32 feet clear ceiling height. The warehouse has 9 overhead doors with docks and future punch-outs. There was also a 14’ x 16’ drive-in overhead door with a ramp installed. The building is equipped with a 60 foot wide concrete Dolly pad. There were new underground utilities installed including a new 800 amp, 277/480 volt electrical service as well as building and site lighting fixtures, fire alarm system, HVAC equipment, power wiring, and a bi-directional amplifier system. The interior was racked with 80% narrow aisles and T-5 lighting. The firm also built administrative support offices, a break room, and a conference room.
