Project Overview

Integrated Builders delivered the Spaulding Rehabilitation Outpatient Site at the South Shore YMCA, creating a new 2,400 SF center designed to bring high-quality rehabilitative and medical care closer to the community. The space features five dedicated therapeutic stations, a designated exercise area, and a nurses’ charting room to support efficient clinical workflows. A welcoming reception area and spacious waiting room were also built to enhance patient comfort from arrival through discharge.
