Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction of a 160,000 SF, three-building campus for PharmEco Labs, featuring new offices, laboratories, and manufacturing spaces. The project included the build-out of 40 laboratories and a mechanical system designed to support 72 fume hoods, ensuring optimal safety and functionality for advanced scientific work.
