Project Overview
Integrated Builders delivered a 75,600 SF third-floor office build-out at 135 Santilli Highway in Everett, Mass., for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, the Department of Higher Education, and the Executive Office of Education. The new layout added more than 335 workstations, 60 private offices, and 57 conference rooms of varying sizes, along with a new reception lobby, mailroom, multiple breakrooms, and a large training room. Upgrades included new finishes, ceilings, and lighting throughout, plus full renovation and modernization of all existing restrooms.
