Project Overview

Integrated Builders expanded MACOM’s headquarters into a cohesive three-building campus with the completion of a 60,000 SF office addition to the existing design and operations center. Construction was strategically phased over a 16-month period to avoid disruption to ongoing operations. The structural steel-framed expansion features terracotta panels and curtain walls, while the existing main office was upgraded with new aluminum paneling. A two-story, glass-enclosed corridor connects the new and existing buildings. Interior spaces include a modern reception area, private offices, conference rooms, collaborative workspaces, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen with a dining area. Exterior improvements included new landscaping, hardscaping, and an outdoor patio, enhancing the overall campus environment.
