Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 37,000 SF renovation encompassing office, light manufacturing, and laboratory spaces, along with several modifications to the existing building. The interior fit-up featured state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, and security systems. The space included multiple testing labs and an operating room. Base building improvements comprised new windows, updated mechanical, fire alarm, sprinkler, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as new front entrances and enhanced landscaping.
