Project Overview
Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction of a 715,000 SF structural steel-framed building for Home Depot, which included demolition and abatement of an existing 540,000 SF facility. The project featured modern employee offices, a reception area, and training/conference rooms. The facility is equipped with a fully backed-up electrical system with generator support, a guard house for security, parking for 227 tractor-trailers, and 53 dock spaces.
