Project Overview

Integrated Builders was contracted to construct Phase One of the CEDARMERE residential development, a 55+ community set within multi-acre wooded surroundings. Working alongside J. Read on site roadwork and utilities, and collaborating with architect Carr, Lynch & Sandell, Inc., Integrated Builders completed Phase One, which included the construction of 26 luxury residences. The homes were built in a variety of styles—The Cottage, The Carriage, and The Ridge—with sizes ranging up to 2,500 SF.
