Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed Winchester Place Condominiums, a Class A, five-story residential development located in Winchester’s historic downtown district. The building comprises 11 luxury units, each approximately 2,200 SF, and features an underground parking garage on the second level. Constructed with a structural steel frame and vibration isolators to reduce train noise, the exterior showcases brick veneer along with architectural precast and stone detailing. The upscale units were finished with high-quality touches, including designer moldings, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces, decorative columns, and architectural surrounds.
