Project Overview
Integrated Builders completed the construction of Werfen’s state-of-the-art 169,500 SF, two-story R&D facility dedicated to hemostasis, acute care diagnostics, and autoimmunity. The project included 27,000 SF of specialized interior lab space and 91,000 SF of office space spread across the first and second floors. Additionally, a 51,000 SF ground-level parking garage was built to accommodate 160 vehicles. A new elevated bridge was constructed to connect the research facility to the adjacent building on the second level, enhancing accessibility between the two structures.
