Project Overview

Integrated Builders provided preconstruction and construction services for SunGard Financial Services’ 42,000 SF facility. The project included a 4,000 SF raised floor data center designed with an N+1 configuration by RDK Engineers. The main floor accommodated 100 server racks, supported by emergency power from two 750 KW generators and two 300 KVA UPS systems by Schneider. Six 40-ton CRAC units provided cooling, along with humidification control and a Pre-Action fire suppression system.
