Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the construction of a new standalone 12,500 SF daycare facility at Riverbridge North, the first phase of a 470,000 SF mixed-use community village in Berlin, MA. The facility became home to Growing Room, an upscale daycare franchise based in Columbus, GA, providing care and education for children aged 7 weeks to 12 years. This building is the second structure within Riverbridge North, which upon full completion includes 130,000 SF of neighborhood commercial space, a 175,000 SF continuing care retirement community, 115 apartments and condominiums, and a 105-room full-service hotel.
