Project Overview
Integrated Builders provided construction management services for REXA, Inc.’s new approximately 112,000 SF corporate headquarters and advanced manufacturing facility at Campus 44 in Middleborough, Massachusetts.
The ground-up facility consolidates REXA’s corporate, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, assembly and distribution operations under one roof. The manufacturing environment features a minimum 28-foot clear height and a 74' x 56' structural bay grid, creating an open and flexible production floor designed around REXA’s specialized operations.
The facility includes machining, welding, electrical and mechanical assembly, QA/QC, R&D, service and repair, warehousing, shipping and receiving, along with specialized paint and sandblasting areas. Extensive coordination was required to integrate compressed air, machining equipment, floor-mounted cranes and specialized building systems throughout the production space.
A two-level corporate office component includes engineering and administrative offices, conference and collaboration areas, a data center, employee amenities and a two-story lobby.
Conveniently located off Route 44 with access to I-495, the completed facility provides REXA with a purpose-built headquarters designed to support its manufacturing operations and long-term growth.
