Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed upgrades to Lifeline Systems’ 80,000 SF computer room and call center in Framingham, MA. The building was stripped to its steel frame, and a completely new structure was built, featuring generator backup for power and cooling. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were replaced. The exterior was enhanced with a new EIFS skin, large windows, and a curtainwall entrance. Site work included regrading, drainage improvements, new paving, lighting, and landscaping.
