Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the construction of a single-story truck rental and repair facility with a mezzanine and associated administrative offices for Penske. The building features a clear-span service area using pre-engineered construction with exterior masonry shear walls and metal panels, alongside a conventionally framed office area with exterior CMU bearing walls.
