Project Overview
Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction of a 110,000 SF state-of-the-art recreational facility featuring three NHL regulation ice sheets and 1,500 spectator seats at ice level. The development also includes a 7,000 SF bar and restaurant, four Qubica AMF bowling lanes, two Full Swing Pro-Series golf simulators, and a dedicated arcade and lounge area. Additional amenities consist of a fitness center, multipurpose room, physical therapy space, fully equipped locker rooms, and multiple concession areas—establishing a vibrant, all-season destination for sports and entertainment.
