Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 60,000 SF interior renovation for LoJack Corporation in Canton, MA within a fourteen-week schedule. The project involved the complete remodeling of three floors in a single-tenant building, including a dramatic three-story atrium lobby, private offices, conference rooms, a data center, hardware lab, full-service kitchen, server, and cafeteria. The data center was outfitted with a 400 kW generator, UPS system, and 60 tons of chilled water capacity to support critical infrastructure and operations.
