Project Overview

Integrated Builders has completed renovations to the front and back entrances at 135 Santilli Highway in Everett, MA. A new steel and glass awning was installed to the entrance of the new outdoor café and sections of the exterior façade has received a new modernized look. The central courtyard on the premises has been updated with all new landscaping. Integrated has also upgraded the building’s fitness center and locker rooms. The kitchen and dining area has brand new finishes and equipment, and a new coffee lounge built-out in the common area for tenant use. The building is LEED and Energy Star certified.
