Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the construction of a 60-unit, seven-story steel-frame apartment building totaling 75,000 SF at Two Florence Street in Malden, Massachusetts, for owner Gattineri Development. The structure features two below-grade floors dedicated to underground parking. The exterior façade combines beige precast panels with red brick, while the interior common areas are thoughtfully designed with quarry tile flooring and detailed wood architectural finishes. Located within a tight urban setting, the site includes a paved parking lot and is bordered by active railroad tracks. Due to the proximity to the tracks, special support systems were implemented for the site’s retaining walls during excavation to ensure structural stability.
