Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 101,200 SF ground-up construction of a Class A warehouse and distribution center. The building was constructed using concrete tilt-up structural steel panels and features 36-foot clear height ceilings. This facility serves as the future home for Beacon Roofing Supply.
