Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the repositioning of a 139,445 SF light manufacturing facility ideally located along University Avenue in Westwood, Massachusetts. The project was designed to attract a premier tenant in the Science and Advanced Technology sector. Scope of work included a full interior demolition - removing two mezzanines - and converting the space into a fit-out ready ‘white box’ environment. The building’s exterior was revitalized with a new façade and vestibule, blending its light industrial roots with a sleek, technology-forward aesthetic aligned with the demands of life sciences and advanced tech industries.
